Hen might be sick.. black and white comb spots?

I adopted a year old blue eager a few months ago. She lays a blue egg every other day and is usually my most skiddish hen, she doesn't really trust people.

Tonight I noticed her laying down and panting. She let me pick her up and put her on my lap and shes been laying there for 30 minutes, something that has literally never happened!

She stopped laying about a week ago but her vent looks great and I cant feel an egg in the abdomen. There's no distension, but it also seems like her crop is empty. I saw her drink water but not eat.

Sometimes she breathes with her mouth open and I can see white and black spots on her combs.

What could this be?

I had planned on deworming them in 2 weeks, I have a flock of 7.

The marks on her comb are peck marks.

I agree, peck marks. Pictures of the droppings might be helpful. Do you see any signs of molt on her, feather loss, pin feathers coming in anywhere?
