I spent hours chopping up sweet bell peppers until it finally dawned on me that I have a perfectly good food processor from Wolfgang Puck. The slicer blade is adjustable so I cleaned my peppers (5-25# produce boxes full) and popped them into the food processor...wella!! all perfectly sliced in seconds!! then into qt size ziplock freezer bags.
