20 week old chick made a bloody poop?

My mom still isn't budging. She said because Chloe is walking a little bit and drinking water she'll be fine
Mine were up and moving too a bit, in fact I didn't even notice anything wrong until the first pullet died. In my opinion, it's better to be safe than sorry. Coccidiosis is a parasitic infection that attacks the digestive tract, hence why a big sign and symptom is blood in the stool. Corid is $20 bucks and blocks vitamin B1, the nutrient the parasites feed on so they cant complete their life cycle.
If your mom wants to wait it out, okay. But if you notice increasing lethargy, more bloody or liquidy stool, or start seeing symptoms in any other birds, they will need treatment to ensure survival. Corid is an inexpensive treatment that works really well.
It is possible it's nothing, but you need to keep a very careful eye on them.
