I have three 20 week old pullets, one Lavender Orpington, a Light Sussex, and a Bantam Mottled Cochin. They are all very sweet, but I was wondering if anyone knows when they might start laying. Please, please, please comment below and help me out! :)

That is about the time they start. Some could be any day others may be late bloomers and began a month from now. Just like people every chicken is different. Since they are pullets check the ground for the eggs as they probably won't use a nesting box with their first lay.

More important than age is maturity - which can be gauged by various signs that the onset of production is nearing. Have they gone red in the face? Are their wattles and combs becoming plump and waxy vs. appearing more shriveled and dry? Are you seeing them offer a "submissive squat" such as they would to allow a rooster to mount and mate them?
None of the birds listed are particularly known to be precocious and 20 weeks is actually on the early side of the average for most breeds. It could be anytime between now and 8 weeks from now (or longer) before you see those first eggs.
