4 buffs, 2 rhode island reds, 2 silver laced Cochins (1 is a rooster). 20 weeks old. Seems like they should be laying by now but am I just being impatient? Any telling signs eggs are on the horizon?

20 weeks is fine. Chickens are just like people and they will go into puberty at different ages! Good ways of knowing they’ll be laying soon is their combs will get bigger and redder. They will also squat when you try to pick them up. Good luck you should be getting eggs soon! Post photos when you get your first eggs that’s always fun!😊
