Mine are about 22 weeks and nothing, I'm getting impatient too!

Out of 23 pullets, I had one start at 18 weeks, 2 more about 20 weeks, and 2 more a couple of weeks later. So at 23 weeks, I had 5 laying and 18 not laying. So with your 6 hens, it could be any day or it could be a while. Depends on the individuals.

I had hens laying anywhere from around 20 weeks to 10 1/2 months. Best just to sit back and distract yourself for the time being.
