I have an egg business and that is why I ordered so many pullets. I can't keep up with my customer's orders, so I need more laying hens.

Pullets for a 1.50 each come on. I paid more then that per 1 dayold chick. Pullets around here are like $12 to $15 each....18 to 20 weeks old.

Nice! Where did you order them from? I got 200 last spring from Townline in Michigan, a box of pullets and a box of straight run and was very pleased with them. I resold them all for three times what they cost me, and was still cheaper than what the feed store was asking for straight run chicks. I'm hoping I'll be in a place where I can have birds again by spring so I can order about 300 and sell half, keep the other half.
