I need some new bloodlines into my Muscovy flock...I started out with one pair in 2003 and I have not introduced any more blood into my pieds since then.

I'd really like to trade muscovy eggs for muscovy eggs to get some new blood into my flock. These birds are not show birds but are VERY friendly, GREAT bug eaters & pond cleaners. They are also survivors from very hardy stock.

Pen one:
Black & white pied pair--male carries the chocolate pied gene so both chocolate & black/white pied ducklings are possible

Pen two:
Chocolate laced pied--my own special project for the last 6 years. These birds are chocolate pied (one male & four females) with darker chocolate around their feather edges & a lighter chocolate in the centers. Most of the babies carry this coloration although not all will. So far, they have all been 100% brown/whites, no blacks from this bunch.

I'd like to trade for:
Chocolate muscovies (pure browns)
Chocolate ripples
Black or blue pieds
Black or blue barreds
White Muscovies
Just about any coloration--as long as they are large, healthy birds!

I expect eggs will start appearing in April, sometime...

Thanks!

When it stops snowing and warms up a little, I'll have to go take some photo's. Hopefully, if I can get them to stand still and stop playing in the snow. Standard, I have Mahogany Faverolle's and just love them. They are so sweet.
