2009 Quilt block of the month - February

ok..so are we being paired up with someone, and then for the next 12 months we basically trade blocks with the same person?

Even more tricky, working from home, with kids to take care of and housework

Ok, sounds like I better stick to convincing hubby to wait a couple more years... I like having excuses for not having the dishes washed, house cleaned, etc now and then!

Lol... yeah, I have a coworker who is always asking me when I'm going to start raising my own farm labor! His 3 kids LOVE helping him - their family make pretty decent money selling veggies from their garden and buffalo meat at a farmer's market up near Cleveland.

That's kind of sort of my dream eventually... stay home, raise our kids, sell our beef, pork, eggs, pumpkin, & gourds, along with some of my quilting (if it ever gets good enough) and some of the crafts other family members make. Except I hope to sell our products from the farm.

Sorry... back to the quilt swap! Maybe if it doesn't take too long to tag our new calf and go look at possible carpet for our house, I can try to get the block done for arabookworm tonight!
