2010 chicks just hatched

thought I'd post some pics of my 1st 2010 babies. None of them look like the hen that set the eggs but at least she's a good momma. I can always count on my Cochins for that.

These are a mix of the birds I have running in my yard: Red Stars, Black Stars, Black Australorps, and Buff Opringtons.

Wow, what cute little chicks.

Cochins are the best moms, I've got 3 broody cochins right now ... 1 hens chicks are due next Monday and Tueday ... I can't wait!!!!!!!!
