Personally speaking I think that is when their calender ended and has nothing to do with us.
Too many people take this stuff too seriously.

December 21, 2012 in my DD's 7th birthday. I usually plan her party for the closest Saturday to the actual date. I think in 2012 we'll have the party on the date. I could really run with the Doomsday theme, but she will probably prefer princesses or fairies or some such fluff.

Who do you know with a moat? Next time someone asks you that question you might be able to say [nonchalantly] "Jet". I'd put bluegills in it, to eat the mosquitoes and possibly a sump pump to make the water go around, like a river.

LALA.I been through this one with DH.He has been watching TOOOO much tv ETC.Gosh how many movie's have We been through decpicting the end of of world over the year's.Mad Max, Amegedeon,Deep Impact, 2012, The Day After, Legion,The Book Of Eli,The list goe's on.And that's just a few of the newer movie's.I won't be a movie when it come's.2012 is just a year.Mayan calander has No rule what so ever in mind to me.There is No date.Bible say's There is NOOOO promise of Tomorrow.
