2014 Reno Nevada Backyard Chicken Tour?

Hey Reno/Sparks!

Any of you chicken lovers interested in participating in a Backyard Chicken Tour? I am not planning anything elaborate but I am curious about other peoples set-up in town and think it would be a really fun way to spread awareness and encourage other interested parties.

This is an open discussion! Please let me know what you think and if you want to participate. I was thinking around Memorial Day could be good for time the tour. Better to have it on a Saturday or Sunday? Or should we do a Friday/Saturday or a Sunday/Monday?

Hi there! I'm in Reno too, old NW. Most chicken people won't let others around their chickens who already have chickens because of the threat of diseases being spread around. We will be having a get-together this year and hope you can make it. Not sure when we will be doing it though, everyone waits for the weather to get warmer and get their gardens planted.
