Some of my mixed flock. We've got granny Easter Egger in there looking over some 6 week old Australorps, another EE, the behind of a Silver Laced Polish (and one by the waterer) and last but not least a nice Silkie front and center.

Lovely! When I first saw the Silkie I thought, "Fuzzy Wuzzy was a CHICKEN!"

I didn’t wash them for this photo, I only tend to wash them before a show as they pretty much remain clean considering they are white

wow!! they're extremely white i read your article some time ago, but my silkie is a bit predisposed to catch a cold if she is wet, even during the summer! so i think i won't bath her and wait for the molt!
