He's beautiful! What happened to him?

He was VERY lethargic and one of his eyes were shut.
He ate and drank but not much. Vet gave us meds they couldn't exactly pinpoint the issue (s). We kept him inside for 2 weeks. He appears blind from the one eye now BUT other than that, he's back to being the champ in the coop
