This was my Chantecler hen, named Sandy. She was smaller than the others of her breed and would stick to herself for the most part. Except when she was with me of course! Sandy was my favorite hen out of all our chickens. She would sit with me on this bench every morning while I had my coffee and she ate whatever snacks I had for her that particular day. She would then sit on my lap for as long as she could until I had to get up. I was absolutely heartbroken when she was killed by a dog a couple years ago. I think it would be amazing to see her on your beautiful calendar. She was quite the little model as you can see
