I'm a little confused - my pictures are wide format and the spreadsheet says wrong format - isn't wide the same as landscape? Thanks

Hi, thanks for asking. Both of your pictures are taller than they are wide (portrait) and neither will fit an 11" wide by 8.5" tall frame.

OK - unfortunately that is how the I-phone takes a landscape picture so I guess I can not enter then.

Try rotating your phone 90 degrees, that's landscape.

That is the way I am holding the phone. I took one of the computer screen and the dimensions are the same as the ones I submitted.
