7 months completed, and my daily step average has dropped a bit to 11,033.

237 days since December 8, 2023. I have not missed a day on the elliptical. I've added planks to my routine.

But the best news is:

My cholesterol (TC) is down 22 points, and my LDL is down 21 points.

Well, the hot weather early in the month impacted my daily steps, but after 8 months my daily average is 10,926 steps per day.
