21 days after she starts sitting on her eggs or 21 days after last egg laid in her nest?

This is my very first time having a hen hatch out chicks. My broody mama silkie (’Fluff’) started sitting on her eggs after she laid 8 but she proceeded to lay two more eggs after that for her now total of ten. Today is day 21 from when she first starting sitting on the 8 eggs, there are no cracks, no sign of hatching as of yet. Will the eggs not hatch until 21 days after the last eggs were laid perhaps???

Some times they can be a day or two late, and they start when she has gone to setting them count out 21 days.

21 days since she started sitting, and the day after she has sat for a whole day is counted as day 1.
