21+ days-how long to wait?

Bertha started out sitting on 11 eggs. Then one day, 3 were pushed out of the nest and she had 8. May 28 was day 21 and nothing hatched. I wasn't sure she had not had other hens add to the clutch, so I left her alone. Yesterday, day 32, all the bedding was pushed up against the back wall of the nest box and 3 eggs were at the front. I just happened to go in when she was out, but she rushed right in and sat on them. Now, day 33 and still nothing. She's still sitting, dashing out for food, water, and a poo. How long do I give her before cleaning it all out and calling it quits? I was thinking Thursday (day 35). I am really wanting a hatch. Thanks.

I normally don't recommend messing with a hen or her eggs but now it may be time to candle the eggs.
Whenever I have a hen start sitting, by the next day or two, I mark every egg under the hen so I can continually remove those volunteers.

I don't candle, at least not yet. She was off the nest just now and I went and looked. Only 2 eggs and they were warm. I searched a bit and all of the others had slipped out and were under the nest box, cold. So, I left her those 2 and tossed the rest. They were getting green inside, yuck. If she's still sitting here in a little while, I'll see if TSC has anymore chicks. If they do, I'll get her several and tuck them under her tonight. I'm having surgery Friday, so I'm not up for a job if she rejects them.
