I set my eggs on a saturday at noon. DO I call this day one and then the eggs would hatch on a friday? Or would it be 3 saturday later?

Generally you expect them three weeks later on the same day of the week you set, so yes, Saturday. You do not count the day you set as day one. Day one starts after a full 24 hours of incubation. (Unless you are one of those people that want to argue with logic and claim that if you set them before noon you can call it day one because somehow it magically gives them 24 hours of incubation if you set them before noon.I set my eggs on a saturday at noon.
