Do Pheasants tame down like chickens or do they have have to much wild in them still?

I guess without a secure run covered fully enclosed they'd be long gone?

They are so cute!

I'd like to try hatching some pheasants, but I don't know what I would do with them. I have no place to put them, and I don't know how I feel about releasing them.

My pheasants are still very wild. But I never mess with them too much. I would like to be able to band and release them, so that is why I don't mess with them. I have the ok from the game warden and we have permits to release. I also have the bands. They said it is ok to release but they MUST be banded!! If you would like to give them a try I would contact your local game warden and ask before hand.
