They are smaller than any bantam chick I have seen. But I have never seen a serma chick. They might be comparable. Good luck with your up and coming chicks!!!!

Weird becausee they will get as big or bigger than a chicken

They have longer legs, but as far as body wise they are smaller than a chicken. They are comparable to a full grown silkie.
I have butchered some and I had to make 2 birds for my family and we have myself and my DH and 2 daughters 6 and 3. And even then 2 barley feed us! LOL

We had ours smoked and I would have sworn it was ham! (LOL nope it doesn't taste like chicken) I could not have told the difference in the pheasant and the ham. If you ever get a chance to try some DO IT! It is so goooood!!!!!!
