21-Week-Old Chickens Just Aint' Laying Yet!

Hi Chicken Friends,
I have a Barred Plymouth Rock, a Coo Coo Maran, a Buff Orpington and an Americana, all at the ages of 20-22 weeks. They simply aren't laying yet and I guess I am not sure when and if it will be. We put a couple fake eggs in their nesting box, they are on Organic Egg Maker feed and have tons of freedom in their huge coop/run. Does anyone out their have any advice? Much thanks!

Patience.... I have the same problem with 2 Barred Rock hens that are almost 25 weeks. One of them laid her first egg yesterday.

My Barred Plymouth Rock has been laying now for a week. The other 3 seem to just be observing her and wondering why she is making all of those strange noises! I hope they kick in soon too. I know....patience!
