22 day eggs not hatched

On 22 day my chicken left her unhatched eggs and I tried to check wheather they are alive out of 4 ; 3 where infertile eggs but one chick was moving but chicken is not sitting on it what to do the eggs shell is broken too

can you post a picture you may have to help the chick
They need to be warm in order for them to hatch

If you have an incubator I would put the egg in there. Is the shell broken from a pip/zip or did it get cracked from momma stepping on it?
