She's been acting off for about 3 days now. Laying on the ground more than usual. Not eating much at all, but ate a fair amount of grit yesterday. Doesn't come off the roost with everyone in the morning or often goes in by herself. Her tail seems droopy to me. Her comb color appears normal or maybe only slightly less red than her "sibling" of the same breed. Her crop feels pliable, perhaps even squishy but no smell emanating from her mouth and no gurgling in her chest. No apparent upper respiratory symptoms. However, I have noticed She's spit up water a few times when I've picked her up. Her feet look fine and her vent looks fine but paler (yellowish) than my other chickens. She has not begun to lay yet. She's had loose stools the past couple days but it's also been 90 plus degrees and She's been drinking a lot. I can attach a kind of crappy (no pun intended) photo of the poop from today.
I have no idea what could be going on (coccidia, egg bound on first egg?, sour crop, worms, maybe totally fine and bottom of pecking order?) I have separated her from the flock.
Unsure what to treat for or what more to do for her at this point. I brought her in the house with the AC set to 70 so it's a little cooler, but now she's just standing in the chicken ICU. Im leaning perhaps towards mild sour crop? But really unsure. Any advice is appreciated.
Added pic of fresh poop
She pooped again dark brown and VERY smelly

Check her crop early in the morning before she eats or drinks anything and see if it emptied, if not she probably has sour crop.
I did that today and yesterday. It just felt soft and squishy. Not full. And she threw up water after I did it.

She may have a mild case of sour crop as you said, here's a good article.->

I started her on the miconazole last night. This morning I took her outside for some fresh air but her poops are green now from not eating, so after her second dose this morning I made a mash of her pellets and some water and she's actually been eating it. Cautiously optimistic- we'll just see how today goes.

Now she's open mouth breathing constantly and chirping every few minutes. Like she's overheating but it isn't hot in here. Is open mouth breathing part of sour crop??

Keep up the miconazole.

She might have a bad liver - chickens that spit up water tend to have liver issues - ask a vet for an xray to see if her liver is enlarged. That would explain the change in color of the poop as the body can't detox itself.

Keep up the miconazole.
I am, she ate a bunch yesterday including some egg and this morning her crop is full and hard. So her crop isn't emptying as well. I'm so confused. But her coloring is brighter today and I do think the open mouth breathing is stress because she stopped and then she and my cats noticed each other and she started doing it again. She definitely has more energy since starting the miconazole but the hard full crop is concerning. Should I also do the coconut oil and massage?
