23 week old hen

My 23 week old buff orpington hen named Peep isn't laying yet, but all my other buff orpington hens her age are!
We even have a 19 week old americana who laid her first egg just the other day.
Peep also has a small comb and wattles that are pink instead of red, even when she's running arournd.
I really don't want to cull her but will she ever lay?

Yes she will lay , have you wormed them yet...pink comb she is not ready yet....i would never worry until 26 weeks.

She laid! I'm so so so SO SO happy! She was the last one but she's a great layer! She was 8 months when she laid her first egg.

I had an EE once that didn't lay till she was 9 months old and my Orpington didn't lay till she was 10 old because she went broody at 5 months old and raised chicks till they were almost laying eggs themselves
