23 week old roo not cowing

I have a 23 week old blue cochin roo. I know Cochins take longer to grow. But, how long will it take for this boy to sing for us?

I can not answer your question but I would love to have a rooster that does not crow. I live in an urban area and I've had to re home a few that made too much noise.

He'll crow when he takes a mind to. Every roo is different, just like every teenage boy's voice won't change at the same age.

Whenever I want to make my rooster crow, as if he needed incentive

, I play the rooster crowing ringtone on my cell, where he can hear it, but not see me. I'm mean thataway.
