23 week old roosters

I have a broody white rock hen who hatched 6 out of 7 eggs earlier this year and is now broody again, i lost my rooster and have replaced him with three 23 week old Langshan roosters that have been mating the hens for 3 to 4 weeks, do you think the eggs will be fertile when the roosters are this young, checked some eggs but cant really tell if fertile, any help is appreciated.

They should be fertile.

Have you cracked one open to check for a bullseye on the ovum?

I agree, they should be fertile, but my 16 week olds have been mating for 4 weeks now, and one laid and egg today, it was infertile.

I hope so! Its funny though, she already growls at us when she is in the box, and she's only laid one chick, mabey I'll test her commitment soon
