I bought my chicks day old and have raised them so far. I noticed one not doing well today and felt it and it feels like it is all bones. The feathers are gorgeous, all my birds have shiny coats and roam around all day free ranging. I'm not sure what is going on. It won't move very much either. I felt some of the other hens and they are all boney feeling 
They free range and get a wide variety of scraps because we have a massive garden. They have around 17% feed. They also haven't started laying any eggs yet so I"m not sure what is going on I feel like a chicken failure. They have plenty of water. This summer with the heat I made sure to have fresh water at least 3 times a day. Help!
