24 and 12 hours old

have 7 babies that are only 24 and 12 hrs old and in the brooder with one being 3hrs old when should i introduce them to water and food
 
i second i take them out of hatcher when they are fluffy i dip there beak in water once . then they how how to do the rest. so now is good.
 
I leave mine in the incubator until they are fluffed up dry and running around in the 'bator. Usually 24 hours. I don't take 'em out if another egg has pipped or zipped, though, because that could "shrink wrap" the not-yet-hatched chick(s).

But as soon as I put the hatchlings into the brooder, I have water and feed ready for 'em. They get their beaks dunked into water right away. They generally find their own feed by themselves.
