24 Quail!? What!?

I have been busy outside building the new quail pen. The wife thought it was a run for the chickens. I clarified and said it was to house the quail. She asked how many I was planning on having, I came up with a small number... so I thought. Apparently only crazy people have 24 quail.

I tried to explain that the pen would be so empty without at least 20 and there were so many different kinds to try. Am I crazy?
