24 week old pullet missing face feathers ! HELP

I need some help. I have 22 hens that are 24 weeks old. They started picking the feathers off each other about 5 weeks ago, but it is always on the back, and only on a poor few. Now I have a chicken that looks like her face and neck feathers have been removed.... Did the other hens really pick at her face ??? I don't see any signs of mites or anything. Sure would appreciate some words of wisdom. I have been giving the hens cantaloupe rinds and watermelon rinds, BOSS and of course their Layena and grit and oyster shell. I put "Rooster Booster" don't pick tar on the poor girl's face. Help !

Hmm, I'm not sure what is causing that. At least the skin doesn't look bloody or raw. Maybe someone else will see this and chime in.

Thanks for the reply BeccaOH - Now I have another EE with the same missing cheek and neck feathers. Not sure what is going on ???
