That is definitely a pullet. Brown leghorn hens and roosters have completely different coloring. This leghorn has hen coloring. Leghorn hens have large comb and wattles as well, and the redness means she is about to start laying. Dominant hens will crow in the absence of rooster.

Leghorn chickens naturally have the big combs and pointy tails. Do you have any roosters? Hens will crow if there is no roosters in the flock or if there’s not enough roosters. We have a hen the would crow a lot!! I have a video of her doing it lol.

Roosters have black breasts and bright red-gold hackles and saddles. Hens are brown with salmon breasts. Hens will never get a black breast and roosters will never get a salmon breast.

Do you have a rooster in the flock? Maybe she is trying to take the place of a rooster, or maybe it's not actually a crow. Could you upload a video?
