25 week old Pullet not laying

My friend has a buff Orphington that is about 25-26 weeks old and has not layed a single egg. He (he thinks he is a he) grew up with to silkie roosters. His sister got killed when he was about 7 weeks. Ren lives with 4 other pullets that are a few weeks younger. Should we be worried?

Most buff Orpingtons start laying between 5-7 months of age. So give her time. She doesn't look mature enough yet. Keeping them on a chick starter can help them mature.

It looks like a pullet to me! Are you feeding them oyster shells? Do they have acess to chicken grit? Can I see a picture of this chicken standing, with it's entire tail in the frame?
