My flock of 5 produced their first 2 eggs on 3/19 (25 weeks after being born) - since this production has been 3/20 - 2 eggs, 3/21 - 1, 3/22 - 1, 3/23 - 1, 3/24 - 0, 3/25 - 0, and 3/26 - 1.

They all seem healthy and happy - temps have ranged from 19 - 70 degrees. We have heat and heated water for the cold days/nights.
3/20 to 3/21 was the coldest night.

Am I worrying over nothing? Is this normal?

From the picture, birds are in great condition and apparent good health. The breeds represented are late maturing and moderate producing.
Thank you! :) I really didn't pay attention to the breed for egg production - really just concerned that they are doing okay and happy :)
