I have a food-grade tank (250 gal of water)not in light, no algae. I want to assure there are no harmful bacteria. what should I use to sanitize the water for the winter?

It wouldn’t be possible to boil it, would it? I mean that’s a pretty large container of water
Then just try to research how to sterilize water to find a method that may work for you.
