250 gallon water sanitation

I have a food-grade tank (250 gal of water)not in light, no algae. I want to assure there are no harmful bacteria. what should I use to sanitize the water for the winter?

Uh... I wouldn't do anything other than maybe rinse it out if it has no growth/slime of any sort.

Use 1/3 bleach to 2/3 water solution and scrub it thoroughly then rinse with water and baking soda solution 1/4 baking soda .... then straight water wash.
