26 Chickens and counting..

Hello! I am in West Virginia and signed up for BYC yesterday. We already had a coop on our property so I cleaned it out and started buying chicks at the end of March. I now have 26 chicks and 4 ducks! I have got golden comets, aracaunas, black australorps. buff orpingtons, silver laced wyandottes, and barred rocks. I am falling in love with them. But I am a little overwhelmed at how to best raise them. My youngest are the barred rocks and they seem to be a little unhealthy, one just doesn't look healthy and another has a white discharge coming from her vent. I have started adding vinegar to their water, any other tips anyone has would be very much appreciated! The other chicks are doing great! I am sure I will be visiting BYC every day for advice!

Separate the sickies from the others so the robust ones won't wear them out, and the ill ones hopefully will not spread the problem
