One of my females was not there at the coop at lock up and I would have sworn before a court of law that my girls were done laying for the year.
I called my dogs and had them help me finding the missing female. We found her. On a nest of one dozen eggs. I moved her, gathered her eggs, shepherded her to the coop with her anything but happy with the situation. Fast forward to yesterday and the ten keets that shouldn't be here because my girls had quit laying the month before.
