29 days and no hatches with broody duck

It has been 29 days since I first observed broody behavior with my welsh harlequin duck. She kept laying after being broody but then stopped. She is very determined to hatch ducklings. I think she is still turning the eggs as her nest moved(she does this every day or so). I candled at day 18 and there was some dark eggs. Is this hatch a failure for her?

You never know exactly how long it will take with a broody hatch!

It might help to candle again and see if you can here quacking in the eggs
