I'm so glad I'm not the only one...thread killer AND overly concerned chicken mom

I moved mine down to the garage at 5-6 weeks old, have two heat lamps on them and just put an electric heater on them because it's been snowing and it's 60 degrees in the garage.

(well....I went to check on them and their feet were cold!! How am I going to survive all this??!!

Tee hee hee ... after telling the children that the chickies were fine outside, and NO we weren't going to go check on them, Hubs and I snuck out at 9:30 to see how they were doing.

We were week and after losing one last year, are a little paranoid about losing one this year.
