2nd Roo that will have to go in the pot because he turned mean.

A very sensible decision, kids safety comes before anything. That being said I do have a very gentle Australorp roo. We have never had rooster aggression issues with our granddaughter or visiting kids. Our current roo has been raised to know DH and I are head roos and we also don`t let kids go into the coop or run without us.
We have the same given as you Hippy Chicky .... at the first sign of aggression, no matter how handsome he is ...it`s dinner time.
