2x 12 week olds and 1x8 week old

Hello, my little grey bird is 8 weeks old and I was thinking pullet but her comb makes me suspicious. The two white ones are 12 weeks old and Easter eggers. Am I right in thinking they are both boys and I can cull them? Or should I wait a little longer?

I don't see anything pointing towards male with the white birds at the moment.

For the grey one it is way too early as pullets can also show more colour in their combs depending on their activity level and the temperature.

The white ones are 12 weeks, hopefully they are girls! I posted 2 weeks ago and was told both boys!
