2yo hen, bare/bald red patches on head still eating, no rooster, top of pecking order, DE in nesting boxes, other hens are normal. stumped pls help

Is she acting normal? I have a couple of hens with "bald spots" and they are all fine.

I also have noticed that one of my hens has developed bald spots near her comb. No rooster. Inspected for mites. Similar to your photo. She’s top of the pecking order. Not sure what else to check.
