So I won an auction on ebay for 12 Saxony duck eggs. 3 made it to the final 3 days. Today is day 25, lockdown. Keeping my fingers crossed. So far, all three are wobbling.

Ok, its day 2 and I'm beginning to doubt myself. I know for certain that one egg is alive because it moves alot, but I'm starting to doubt my eyes with the other 2. I don't know if they are really moving or if I stare at them so long that I THINK they are moving.

There is no pipping yet either,

, getting worried.

Try to be patient for a little longer and let nature take its course (I know how hard that will be!)

Thats why I'm gonna buy ducklings instead of hatching them. Its very stressful! I hope the one hatches though

Well, they didn't make it. All three died in the shell. I opened them up to see what they looked like. They still hadn't absorbed the yolk. My guess is that my temp was too low. I've been struggling with finding an accurate therm. I think I have a fix tho, hubby brought me one home from work.
