3-4 Month Old Serama Hen/Roo?

I've been told this is definitely a serama hen, and then I have been told it looks more like a roo. I swear It squatted for me today which is why I started to question it! He was sold to me as a roo, and he does have a bigger comb than the other one that he came with, but they're from different parent's. His name is piper so it should be fine either way, I just want to know lol.
They were hatched in may.

The black looks pointed but the whole feathers on the saddle look round to me. But I have absolutely no experience with seramas. Idk. My gut says hen. Could def be wrong tho.

I do think that it's also a suspiciously red comb for a 12-16 week old bird.
