3.5 week old chicks pullets or roos?

I'm raising my first flock from a straight run of mixed breed chicks. I've read so much about how to sex the chicks but I'm still not confident. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Have I got mostly roosters? Some have very long tail feathers but a pinkish wattle. I'm really confused!

I do see quite a few cockerels

They're still pretty young. Individual pictures help, but the first is definitely one and one or two (don't know if they're the same bird or not) of the red ones look like cockerels

Feathers won't tell much at this age, but in a week or three the red combs and wattles will tell the tale on the males.
