3.5 week old frizzle Cochin and Japanese Bantam

Might be a bit early but I’ve also read that banties show earlier than standards. Is she a pulley??? Also, I’m not sure if she’s actually going to frizzle. Compared to her brooder mate Japanese Bantam, she seems very rough feathered and scruffy. Thoughts?

I think the Japanese banty might be a pullet… fingers crossed…

No frizzle. Both are on the slightly young side, but are pullets…so far.

I believe pullets. Not sure about the Jap but my Cochin Bantams hace very fast growing combs.
