3.5 week olds yellow runny poo!?

I need help..My 3 and 1/2 week old chicks have been having yellowish runny poo for the past few days. I waited because they all seem fine eating and drinking, active. But i am worried because i have heard that yellow poo is associated with worms. Is it too young to worm them? and if it isnt should I? and with what? im so worried! what should i Do?

Dunno what to say. If they are acting fine, I'd let them be. Don't know about worming little guys like that. Was there any change in diet?
