So I read that BR cockerels have very little black marking on their legs, they are more gray than black and lighter than pullets, and have a different shaped spot on their head as chicks. That holds true for my 3.5 week old BR chick pictured here, and he also has this...

..a red comb!! And it's huge compared to the other BRs!!! You can tell in the next pic, and you can also see how much lighter and how much more gray/white barring he has than his sisters...

I ordered all pullets, but wouldn't mind a roo, especially a BR...do I have one???
