Amigo, it has clear rooster sickles over the tail and is showing some of the little shiny roo feathers on wings and back.

Yeah I was wondering I kind of thought all three were males but I had seen where some bard rocks hens had like the feathers in the back that work curve down and wasn't sure there about 5 1/2 months to six months old

The reason I'm so puzzled is because the other roosters that are six months old are calling and they don't fight with those three that I think are males but the hens pick on them all the time

The difference is the 'real' tail feathers vs the feathers called tail coverts that come off the sides and go over the 'real' tail. The 'real' tail can have a curve in both sexes. On the hens the tail coverts stay shorter while on roosters they grow much longer growing up and curving over the 'real' tail, turn a different color/pattern on most color roosters. The length and curve is why they are called sickles or sickle tail coverts on roosters. Your barred bird is showing the sickle type feathers. If you pick him up you will see those curved feathers are softer and go over the real tail feathers which are much broader and stiffer .
A lot of people get tripped up by the curved tails on some hens, in fact there was a post in here the other day.

On pure barred rocks the other difference is their legs. Roosters have much yellower legs than hens.

As for the others the signs are a lot of the little shiny roo feathers on their backs and wings and general color pattern.

It is normal for older hens to boss teenaged boys around it is their way of making the boys prove their worth before accepting them as roosters. Many roosters don't take young boys too seriously until they start challenging the hens or roosters.
